For his birthday my father-in-law requested dinner at Chili's. (MIL is out in Portland with the new grandbaby.) Happy birthday, Appa!
*Good daughter-in-law update: David went back to Jersey Sunday evening to return his parents' car and I sent him down with a jar of white wife kimchi jigae (with dduk!) and a tub of rice. Of course, an even better daughter-in-law would have thought to include a dessert to satisfy the FIL's sweet tooth. Oh well...
