why i do what i do: an email from one of our course participants

Sir,
first and foremost, i would like to express my gratitude for selecting me to attend the 'best practices of maternal survival course' in Ifakara. it was wonderful. i really enjoyed the whole training. it was very well organised. i enjoyed the lectures, rotations and most of all the opportunity to meet with other NPCs from other countries and share experiences. this was really awesome. it was good to learn from others, their challenges, frustrations and opportunities. it was really good. thanks again for accoding me that opportunity.
the lectures were so informative. the facilitators were friendly and ever so willing to help. i learnt a lot of things and i have already started sharing some of that with my collegues at the hospital.
the rotations gave me an opportunity to see what they were trying to teach and to get hands-on with some of the things we learnt.

finally i made some new friends which is wonderful, some of whom have been in touch with me.
many thanks. i really appreciate the opportunity.
i was able to visit and stay in another country for the first time in my life. that was awesome. for this i will remember AMDD for the rest of my life. thank you agian.
i look forward to when you will send someone to visit my hospital in Mumbwa.
