sometimes I would like to remove my head

I've lived with migraines for 23 years
and they certainly aren't as bad as some people's
but mine seem to be flaring up recently--
two weeks ago I spent the afternoon
vomiting in between patient visits
(that was awesome)
this morning my persistent headache from yesterday woke me up
so I reluctantly decided to call out sick
which turned out to be the right decision
